Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol

As a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in North Myrtle Beach, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal’s Driver Policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property buildings, amenities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas; observe and report security-related concerns, maintenance hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports, maintain required activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
