Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol (Parking Lot)

Titan Security is seeking a dependable and proactive Security Officer to oversee and enforce parking regulations at a designated lot. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong on-site presence and ensuring that unauthorized vehicles do not park overnight.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a consistent and visible security presence at the assigned location


• Monitor and enforce parking regulations within the lot


• Prevent unauthorized overnight parking


• Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers regarding property restrictions


• Accurately document incidents, interactions, and daily activity logs


• Report issues, safety concerns, or non-compliance in accordance with company procedures

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age


• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred


• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check


• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  


• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle


• Ability to remain attentive and alert for extended periods while stationed in a vehicle


• Independent post requiring a high level of accountability and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• 3 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.


• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
