Security Operations Center Service Architect

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking SOC Services Architect to join our amazing culture. The SOC Services Architect is Convergint's technical delivery leader for advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions, including PSIM, workflow automation, mass notification, risk intelligence, data visualization, and Drone-as-a-Service.

This customer-facing role owns the successful delivery of complex software and integrated security solutions from pre-sales requirements definition through commissioning. Working with customers, manufacturers, Sales, and Program Management, the SOC Services Architect ensures projects are accurately proposed, technically sound, delivered successfully, and aligned with customer operational objectives.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

• Lead technical delivery of SOC software and visualization projects from design validation through customer acceptance.


• Capture customer requirements, operational workflows, and system integration needs.


• Validate solution architecture and coordinate implementation with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.


• Act as the Technical Program Manager for the delivery of PSIM, situational awareness, AI and other large, complex deployments.


• Configure, commission, and troubleshoot supported software platforms.


• Resolve technical, integration, and infrastructure issues throughout project delivery.

What You’ll Need

• Experience delivering enterprise software or integrated technology solutions.


• Experience with SaaS platforms, software configuration, systems integration, and customer requirements gathering.


• Experience with PSIM, workflow automation, critical event management, or SOC technologies.


• Experience with video management, access control, analytics, or data visualization platforms.


• Experience with a security integrator, technology manufacturer, consulting firm, or enterprise security organization.


• Strong communication, project leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $98,000 - $140,000 + incentives.

Requirements: 

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions, including PSIM, workflow automation, mass notification, risk intelligence, data visualization, and Drone-as-a-Service.
