The Role

The Security Operations Engineer will design, implement, and maintain enterprise security solutions with an emphasis on automation, identity management, security operations, and Workday security. This individual will work across technology and business teams to strengthen security controls, integrate security technologies, and develop scalable solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications, identities, and data.

• Architect and automate security solutions across identity, vulnerability management, application security, incident response, and threat intelligence.
• Lead integrations between security technologies and enterprise applications across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Design and maintain Workday security architecture, including security groups, domain and business process security, access controls, and segregation of duties.
• Integrate Workday with IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, and provisioning platforms.
• Develop security tools, automation, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise security engineering and Security Operations experience.
• Advanced Workday Security administration and architecture experience.
• Experience with IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and identity provisioning.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid security environments.
