Security Sales Representative

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Representative who will focus on generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue within the fire, life safety, and security industries. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions and service offerings. Candidates with experience selling technical, safety, or service-based products are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: Salary + Commission 

Monthly Allowances: $500 car allowance + $40 cell phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts


• Develop targeted sales strategies for assigned territories and accounts


• Prospect, network, and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities


• Prepare proposals, present tailored solutions, and secure service agreements


• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and relevant regulations


• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at various organizational levels


• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless service delivery


• Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings and industry events


• Maintain accurate sales activity records using company systems and tools

Experience & Skills Required

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within fire protection, life safety, security, or a related technical field


• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop accounts, and close sales


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Analytical approach to identifying customer needs and recommending solutions


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward team sales objectives
