SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Permanent)
Our client, an established global technology organization, is looking to hire a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional that provides career advancement potential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily account management responsibilities to expand portfolio, drive sales, and increase business for the organization
- Manage a portfolio of mid\-market and enterprise accounts across North America
- Develop positive professional relationships with executive team members and decision makers, expanding relationships to increase sales
- Develop tailored sales strategies in order to achieve & exceed quarterly/annual revenue goals
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross\-sell
- Act as an owner of the product line, performing detailed & enticing presentations/demonstrations targeting each unique business need
- Manage the sales cycle from initial introduction through close, overseeing each aspect to ensure a positive experience occurs
- Perform contract/pricing negotiations with customers
- Collaborate with various internal team members to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Ensure information is accurately recorded into CRM system, tracking sales activity progress in real time
- Remain up to date with GRC industry trends, competitors positioning and offerings, and new innovations to the industry in order to remain at the forefront
- Participate in leadership meetings, communicating progress to upper management team members
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full\-time, direct hire
- Remote, flexible schedule/environment
- $110,000 \- $125,000 annual base salary plus commissions
- Comprehensive health and retirement
- 5+ years of experience in technology sales with proven success closing complex deals
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related
- Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance software is preferred
- Proficient with SalesForce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
- Strong understanding of consultative sales processes
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self\-motivated
- Relocation not available
