Our client is a leading insurance organisation looking for a Senior Actuary to join the team permanently.

In the role you will be instrumental in driving key business decisions by working alongside fellow actuaries and various teams within the organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

·       Conducting pricing evaluations for auto and homeowners’ insurance offerings.

·       Reviewing and optimizing rating variables.

·       Carrying out market competitor analyses to stay informed about industry pricing strategies and product innovations.

·       Working in tandem with the predictive analytics team on various modelling initiatives.

·       Examining data from usage-based insurance programs to suggest pricing modifications.

·       Undertaking trend analyses to gain insights into the patterns of frequency and severity associated with insurance claims.

·       Investigate the effects of crashavoidance technologies on auto insurance claim rates.

Skills/ Experience:

·       P&C actuarial experience

·       ACAS or FCAS

·       Excellent communication skills
