Job Description






Provides advanced administrative business support to the Leadership team in the Legal and Regulatory Group (LLP/OGC). 









Essential Functions






Performs any combination of the following administrative duties in addition to various project management responsibilities:

  • Duties may include word processing, purchase order requests/completion, booking travel, processing additional data, generating and distributing reports, filing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping and budgeting, creating or updating SharePoint sites, coordinating meetings and conferences, processing expense reimbursements, drafting and reviewing communication, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
  • Assists with various projects to speed up process enhancements and implementation. Log/Tracking incoming work and deadlines, reviewing and routing various contracts, documents and correspondence, etc.








Education






  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred








Work Experience






  • 5 years of related experience required
  • Prior Experience in Office Management, Calendar Management, Event Planning, Documentation preferred

Other Qualifications:

  • Must possess a high level of administrative skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with team members in and across OGC and LLP
  • Strong familiarity and experience with MS Office required
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills required
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite in office 4 days a week








Physical Exertion Details






Sedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).

The typical base pay range for this role is between $66,500 - $76,100. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. This job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) business days or until the position is filled.
