Job Title: Senior Administrator Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Kansas City, MO Start Date: ASAP Salary/Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually, DOE
Position Overview The Senior Administrator is the leader of our corporate Administration team. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll support company leadership at a high level, train and oversee the administrative team, and make sure office operations run on time and efficiently. Essential Functions
Oversee the Administration Department's daily operations, including supervising, training, cross-training, and delegating work to administrative staff
Track expenses and manage budgets for office, travel, apparel, and related categories
Support the development of prequalification packages and obtain certificates of insurance and other required documentation
Serve as Facilities Coordinator for the Kansas City office and support branch offices as needed
Lead the company wellness program, building morale through recognizing milestones and life events and helping with company events
Manage "job" setup for all projects, including time-keeping and expenses, and keep project and office files current
Back up the front desk and administrative assistants on phones, travel reservations, Pipedrive leads, and hospitality
Review and update the warranty process, schedule personnel and company meetings, and support other departments and remote offices
Lead and manage the Administrative Team
Required Skills and Abilities

Dependable and flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of a growing company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Types 60+ words per minute
Experience managing a multi-line phone system
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Treats customers, supervisors, and team members with respect, and raises concerns professionally

Valid driver's license
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
3–5 years of administrative or similar experience
1–2 years of leadership experience
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Indoor, open shared office, with prolonged sitting and computer work
Regular walking, standing, bending, and in-person and phone communication
Occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs
Travel as needed
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and take part in random drug testing
