The Role

Search is changing fast, and we are leading the charge. We are looking for a skilled, forward-thinking Senior Analyst, GEO/SEO who understands both traditional SEO and the new frontier of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

In this role, you will be the primary project lead driving our clients' organic visibility across traditional search engines and next-generation AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI Overviews.

What You’ll Do

• Drive GEO & SEO Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that elevate client visibility across traditional search engines and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews).
• AI Search & Prompt Research: Perform prompt pattern analysis and keyword research. Write optimized metadata, map internal linking, recommend structured content, and implement schema markup for AI system retrieval.
• Track AI Brand Visibility: Monitor brand presence in AI-generated answers, identify inaccurate or missing information, and implement strategies to fix citation errors.
• Lead Projects & Collaborate: Act as the primary contact for internal/external GEO/SEO initiatives. Partner closely with creative agencies and web teams to ensure recommendations fit timelines and technical requirements.
• Content & Technical Optimization: Guide content creation to ensure AI tools can read, trust, and cite client information. Apply technical GEO/SEO knowledge to optimize site builds for AI crawlers.
• Analyze & Measure: Utilize platforms like Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and emerging AI monitoring tools to analyze performance, build innovative KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Advocate & Educate: Serve as a champion for AI visibility. Train internal teams, partner across media and analytics functions, and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• 2+ years of dedicated SEO experience, with demonstrated knowledge or hands-on experience in AI search visibility (GEO) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Background in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals is a major plus (or a strong desire to master disease-state and Rx landscapes).

Technical & Tool Proficiency

• Familiarity with AI search monitoring tools and standard SEO platforms (Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
• Experience with web analytics software (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Excel for organizing and analyzing complex dataset patterns.
