Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain enterprise solutions using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9.0, MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript libraries, SQL Server, and Azure.

  
  


• 
  

  Spatial & Database Engineering: Develop and optimize complex database structures and queries. Manage, process, and integrate geospatial data types with enterprise systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Cloud Architecture: Leverage Azure services (Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions) to build scalable, resilient web applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Integration & UX: Collaborate with UI designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and RESTful APIs.

  
  


• 
  

  Quality & Lifecycle Management: Participate in code reviews, debug complex issues, maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps/GitHub, and document technical architecture for agency knowledge transfer.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, GIS, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.

  
  


• 
  

  Core Tech Stack: C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9.0, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Azure.

  
  


• 
  

  Geospatial Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with spatial data types in MS SQL Server, Oracle/Oracle Spatial, or PostgreSQL/PostGIS.

  
  


• 
  

  Front-End & Web: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and web-based geospatial visualization libraries.

  
  


• 
  

  DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software design patterns.

  
  


• 
  

  Certifications: Microsoft Azure certifications are a strong plus.
