Job Overview

This integrator is seeking a Senior AV Programmer/Tech Lead to play a critical role in both hands-on programming and leadership. You’ll work with Control4 systems, guide a team of technicians, and collaborate with clients to deliver top-tier solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, as you will be a primary point of contact for clients and a mentor for junior team members. 

Responsibilities

• Lead AV programming tasks, specializing in Control4 systems and potentially Josh AI
• Oversee and guide a team of technicians, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the company’s high standards
• Ensure seamless integration of home automation and AV systems, with a focus on client satisfaction and technical precision
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored AV solutions
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
• Hands-on problem solving, assisting with both programming and technical tasks when required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV programming experience, particularly with COntrol4 systems (Josh AI experience is a plus)
• Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding AV teams
• Expertise in AV systems integration, including home automation, audio-visual equipment, and control systems
• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
• A growth mindset, with a desire to pursue additional certifications and leadership opportunities

Physical Demands

• Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 80 lbs

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 Based on Experience and Qualifications
