Role: Sr. Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Mechanicsville, VA (Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance VDOT's Azure cloud environment.

8+ years of experience with:

Â· Microsoft Azure infrastructure, networking & security

Â· Azure cloud migrations from on-prem environments

Â· Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and mission-critical enterprise systems

Â· Azure Monitor, dashboards, alerting & observability

Â· Vulnerability remediation and security initiatives

Preferred Certifications:
Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect
Network+ / CCNA
