Senior Building Automation / Controls Technician

Senior Building Automation / Controls Technician job in Orange County, CA

This is a permanent, full time position with a great salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with mechanical contractors for installation


• Complete commissioning and testing of systems


• Troubleshoot and repair local controllers, communication wiring, and programs


• Identify code issues


• Train and mentor apprentices and more junior technicians to grow within the company

Requirements:

• Associates in Electronics or Vocational Certifications in HVAC/Electrical Controls Systems


• 3 years’ experience in building controls and automation, including installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems.


• Proficient in BAC HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Systems
