We serve 13 Central Florida counties, including Polk, Citrus, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Hillsborough, Lake, Sumter, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Volusia, and Brevard.

Farm Credit of Central Florida is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Information Security Analyst to serve as the organization's lead resource for reporting, analytics, and cybersecurity coordination. This role combines Power BI development, data analytics, information security support, Active Directory administration, and general IT operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will develop enterprise reporting solutions, support cybersecurity initiatives, administer core Microsoft technologies, and serve as backup to the Director of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models; develop SQL reporting solutions; partner with business units; ensure data quality; provide user training and support.


• Information Security: Support cybersecurity governance and compliance; administer Active Directory; participate in audits, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.


• IT Operations: Support Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure; assist with maintenance and troubleshooting; coordinate vendors; serve as backup to the Director of IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).


• 3-7 years of experience in business intelligence, information security, or related IT roles.


• Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling skills.


• Experience with Active Directory administration and Windows Server environments.


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, lending, or another regulated industry.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.


• Relevant Microsoft, Power BI, or security certifications.
