You'll play a vital role in standing up the USSS AI Team by identifying and documenting AI use cases, building the AI Use Case Repository, supporting the AI-PMO through change management and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring AI initiatives align with mission needs.
Working across OCIO divisions and with field stakeholders, you'll document workflows, develop change management strategies, create transformation playbooks, and design frameworks enabling successful adoption of AI capabilities. This role requires analytical rigor combined with organizational change expertise and stakeholder empathy for a program of national importance.
