Senior Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Mentorship & Growth

Compensation: $26–31/hr depending on experience and credentials

Urban Veterinary Associates (Westmont, IL) is looking for an experienced CVT who wants to be respected for their skills, supported by doctors, and given room to grow — without burning out.

This is an excellent role for a senior technician who enjoys mentoring others and wants a clear path into leadership, without being thrown into chaos.

What this role looks like day-to-day:

• Utilizing your CVT skills fully — anesthesia, monitoring, procedures, client education
• Supporting and mentoring fellow technicians (with doctor & management backup)
• Having your input genuinely valued in patient care decisions
• Working in a practice that prioritizes medicine, communication, and team culture

• Not a “do everything, fix everything” role
• Not understaffed chaos
• Not management without support
