1. High school diploma or equivalent. 

2. One to two years of clerical experience.

Job Summary

Under close supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs various clerical duties requiring some independent judgment and knowledge of own department as well as a general understanding of other departments functions. Duties may include resolving common problems, verifying information, maintaining records, preparing various forms, assigning codes, typing/word processing and/or operating a computer terminal.
