You will leverage analytics tools and category expertise to drive data-informed decisions, standardization, and contracting strategies. You will collaborate with supply chain leaders and executives to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Apply category knowledge to identify and execute cost savings opportunities using analytics tools to support insights and decision-making.\n\n * Analyze utilization, variation, and purchasing patterns to build prioritized savings pipelines aligned with clinical and financial goals.\n\n * Facilitate client meetings, present recommendations to senior leadership, and build strong relationships through ongoing engagement.\n\n * Establishes strong customer relationships through ongoing connection and business reviews with key stakeholders.\n\n * Interpret and organize data to drive change while guiding less experienced team members on data storytelling.\n\n * Demonstrate strong understanding of clinical supply categories and sourcing strategies, leveraging aptitude and analytics platforms to support RFP execution and contracting decisions.\n\n * Support sourcing strategies and contracting decisions by leveraging analytics platforms and communicating value to clients.\n\n * Provides ongoing training and technology support to hospital clients and internal stakeholders.\n\n * Collaborates with other Vizient delivery streams to maximize hospital and Vizient value including but not limited to consulting, spend management delivery, spend technology sales, managed service delivery. \n\n * Conducts contract maintenance activities, including product, pricing, and client updates.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * Relevant degree preferred.\n\n * 5 or more years of relevant experience required.\n\n * Experience in supply chain, clinical category management, value analysis, or healthcare setting required.\n\n * Master\u2019s degree preferred.\n\n * Understanding of project management methodologies preferred.\n\n * Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to quantify challenges and recommend solutions preferred.\n\n * Experience managing sourcing events and RFPs a plus.\n\n * Willingness to travel.\n\n\n\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.\n\nThis position is also incentive eligible.\n\nVizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
