Senior Contract Specialist / Program Manager

O’Riordan Bethel fields a team of nationally-recognized and award-winning economists, lawyers and public policy experts, each of whom contributes expertise in public policy analysis; business process improvement; research and analysis; organizational design; setting and implementing organizational objectives for commercial clients and in the public sector; and leading organizational change.

Conduct strategic requirement reviews, acquisition strategy development, RFP development, participate in pre award and post award conferences, prepare solicitations, complete all contract awards within established time lines, assist in source selection, prepare modifications to contracts, administer contract closeout, assist in FOIA responses.

* 8+ years of experience in federal contracting

* Bachelor's Degree 

* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing 

* Knowledgeable with Federal Acquisition Regulations

* FAC-C Level III Certified
