Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development of performance-driven creative strategy across paid social channels. This role is responsible for translating business goals and performance insights (communicated from the Director of Content and Creator Performance) into scalable creative frameworks that drive customer acquisition.
Working alongside our Director of Content and Create Performance, you will own the strategic direction of creative for Meta and TikTok primarily, guiding concept development, briefing and scriptwriting and iterative testing across statics, GIFs and short-form video. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance marketing and creative execution, with a strong emphasis on UGC-driven content. Huge value add if you have experience as a UGC Creator and are actively ready to be on-camera as the proof of concept creator for a concept before hiring creators when needed.
