This is a highly visible, global leadership role with direct influence on employee satisfaction, operational excellence, and Lam\u2019s culture.\n\nYou will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of Lam\u2019s Global Travel and Employee Services organization, overseeing travel programs, corporate card operations, on\u2011site food services, breakrooms, and large\u2011scale corporate events. From the first business trip to everyday moments on campus, your leadership will help create an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to do extraordinary work.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Elevate the employee experience by designing and delivering global travel and employee services that are seamless, inclusive, and aligned to how employees work and connect at Lam.\n * Define the global strategy for Travel and Employee Services to support business objectives while improving employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.\n * Lead and inspire a global team of employees and suppliers, fostering high performance, accountability, and a strong service mindset.\n * Oversee global operations including travel programs, corporate card management, onsite cafeterias, breakrooms, and high\u2011profile corporate events.\n * Drive innovation and transformation by introducing best practices, new technologies, and modern service delivery solutions.\n * Strengthen governance and compliance through robust controls, quality assurance, and monitoring aligned with company policies and industry standards.\n * Optimize supplier partnerships by ensuring accountability while building collaborative relationships that deliver consistent, high\u2011quality service globally.\n * Use data and insights to define success, with clear metrics and reporting across compliance, efficiency, service quality, and employee impact.\n * Represent Lam with credibility and influence by partnering across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Security, Engineering, and other functions to integrate services seamlessly across the enterprise.\n * Lead the end\u2011to\u2011end global Travel \u0026 Employee Services function, spanning strategy, operations, policy, systems, and supplier management.\n * Develop and execute a comprehensive global roadmap for travel and employee services that evolves with Lam\u2019s growth and workforce needs.\n * Ensure high\u2011quality day\u2011to\u2011day operations while driving longer\u2011term transformation initiatives.\n * Partner closely with cross\u2011functional stakeholders\u2014including People Operations, Payroll, Accounting, Compliance, FP\u0026A, Employment Tax, Legal, and Security\u2014to deliver aligned, compliant solutions.\n * Maintain a strong quality assurance and control environment, with clear ownership, monitoring, and escalation processes.\n * Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with service partners to assess performance, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement.\n * Champion change management, supporting adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across regions.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA or Master\u2019s preferred.\n * 12+ years of global, multi\u2011national experience leading Corporate Travel and Employee Services programs at scale.\n * Proven success leading global teams and complex supplier ecosystems.\n * Strong change leadership experience, including technology implementations and process transformation.\n * Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively at all levels.\n * Analytical, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.\n * Experience with Concur Travel implementations and enhancements.\n * Experience overseeing on\u2011site corporate food services and event planning.\n * Comfortable operating in a fast\u2011paced, evolving environment.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\n#LI-DM1\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $175,000.00 - $389,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
