Job Posting: SENIOR DIRECTOR OF HOUSING
Location: Ithaca, NY
Department: Residential Services
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: M-F, 35hrs/wk
Salary: $31/hr
General Description
Under the direction of the Deputy Executive Director, provides day-to-day operational leadership and oversight for the delivery of residential services in Tompkins and Tioga counties. Effectively supports ongoing and collaborative communication amongst all program staff and is responsible for ensuring a trauma-informed care environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, business administration, public administration, or related field preferred
Credentials:
Valid NY State Driver License and access to a reliable vehicle.
Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of housing, residential, behavioral health, or human services experience
Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience required.
Experience with supportive housing, homelessness systems, regulatory compliance, and multi-site operations preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Relevant years of experience and education will be considered
