Senior Associate, Quality Assurance 


POSITION PROFILE


The Senior Associate, Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, error-free document production services. This role supports production operations through document preparation, scanning, inspection, compilation, assembly, and quality control activities. The position leverages established quality assurance procedures and productivity standards to ensure all work meets company accuracy, service, and output expectations.


The Senior Associate, Quality Assurance plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence by identifying and preventing errors, supporting production workflows, and meeting customer deadlines while consistently adhering to quality standards.


Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Ensures customer satisfaction by providing accurate, error-free work.

  • Meets company production standards by achieving established Quality Control Impressions Per Hour productivity goals.

  • Prevents assembly and production errors through effective organization and attention to detail.

  • Performs production-related tasks in accordance with business needs and demonstrates flexibility in supporting operational requirements.

  • Maintains internal and external customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.

  • Complies with reporting requirements by accurately completing all required documentation and paperwork.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in scan-to-file processes, including:

    • Quality control review

    • Electronic labeling (e-labeling)

    • File and folder naming conventions

    • Bates numbering and capture


  • Meets production deadlines by maintaining a consistent, efficient work pace while ensuring accuracy and quality.

  • Identifies, communicates, and escalates production issues, quality concerns, and workflow challenges to management in a timely manner.

  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to quality assurance processes and best practices.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications) Required Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Document production experience preferred.

  • Ricoh Document Specialist Certification training preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining positive and productive relationships with coworkers, management, sales, and production personnel.

  • Ability to follow established procedures, workflows, and quality control requirements.

  • Basic computer and document management system proficiency.

  • Ability to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands



  • Must be available to work flexible schedules, including 8 to 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as business needs require.

  • Works in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels.

  • Must be able to adapt to changing workloads and deadlines while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

  • May be required to work under moderate stress due to production deadlines and customer requirements.

  • Position frequently requires standing for extended periods, often up to eight (8) hours per day.

  • Must be able to lift and move supplies and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, including lifting from floor level to waist height, carrying materials approximately 10 feet, and lowering them safely.

  • Requires regular use of computers, scanners, production equipment, and related tools.

  • Requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
