Senior Electrical Engineer RF / Analog Design

A well-established and growing technology company in Northern New Jersey is adding a Senior Electrical Engineer to its expanding team — a role created by continued product development and organizational growth. You'll take meaningful ownership of advanced RF and analog electronic system design from concept through prototype, with direct influence on new product outcomes. Your Day-to-Day

• Design and develop RF assemblies, analog and mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply circuitry
• Create detailed schematics and oversee layout of complex high-frequency printed circuit boards
• Design test fixtures and support prototype bring-up, evaluation, and validation
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and drive them to resolution
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management teams
• Mentor and train junior engineers, building technical depth across the team

What We're Looking For

• BSEE or MSEE required
• 5–10 years of experience designing complex electronic systems
• Strong background in RF and microwave circuit design
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal design, including ADCs, DACs, and power supply architectures
• Proficiency in schematic capture and high-frequency PCB design and layout
• Solid laboratory skills with RF and electronic test equipment
• Experience supporting prototype evaluation and system-level validation
• Ability to analyze system tradeoffs, identify technical risks, and develop practical engineering solutions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting technical concepts to varied audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams and support the growth of less experienced engineers
