Senior Electromechanical Technician or Engineer

A linchpin of the production floor, expert in diagnosing, maintaining, and refining electromechanical systems with humility, practical insight, and unwavering execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead an assembly line, and laterals to it:

• Revise BOMs, after understanding vehicles manuals and disseminate subassemblies in advance to eliminate errors
• Revise parts preassembly to remove missing time at assembly, eager to work proactively and preventive
• Install, calibrate, and maintain electromechanical parts and systems (motors, drives, sensors, PLCs) in high-performance environments.
• Interpret complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for precise assembly and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventative maintenance and rapid diagnostics using professional tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calipers
• Leading root-cause analyses and mentoring junior technicians to elevate team standards, expert in QC and Methodologies that relate to it
• Document technical reports, maintenance logs, and charts with clarity, supporting transparency and continuous improvement.
• Embody a culture of humble yet proud work, grounded in common sense, committed to execution excellence.

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in electro-mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field.
