Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Position Overview
The Senior Estimator will play a critical role in developing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive bids that align with client expectations and company goals. This position offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects with a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities

  Prepare detailed cost estimates for both tenant improvement and ground up construction projects

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents to develop accurate project scopes and budgets

  
  


• 
  

  Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure coverage and competitive pricing

  
  


• 
  

  Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options without compromising quality

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with project managers, preconstruction teams, and clients to align estimates with project goals

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, labor costs, and material pricing

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with bid presentations and support business development efforts when needed

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  4+ years of experience in estimating within commercial construction projects over $3M in size

  
  


• 
  

  Strong background in both tenant improvement and ground up projects

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  
  


• 
  

  Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
