Senior Financial Services Specialist

Assists with resolving complex billing related issues, insurance appeals, bad debt avoidance and sensitive customer service inquiries.

Job Responsibility

* Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex financial services issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors * With limited guidance, responsible for moderately complex to complex financial services assignments/projects * Identifies areas for possible financial services improvements and addresses problems within scope of responsibility * Regularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools, and services that can impact multiple projects and other functions within financial services * Normally receives minimal instruction on day to-day work, general instruction on new assignments. Often determines methods/approach to work/projects and establishes own work priorities and timelines * May model/mentor and teach team members within financial services * May have some functional supervision duties and tasks (e.g., project management)

Job Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience * 3-5 years’ relevant experience, required.
