Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Senior Full Stack
Engineer for an immediate client requirement in New Jersey.

This is a senior engineering role for someone who can hit
the ground running, take complete ownership of technical deliverables, and
independently solve complex engineering problems.

The ideal consultant should be highly hands-on, technically
strong, solution-oriented, and capable of working directly with client
stakeholders and engineering teams with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and
  deliver scalable and high-performing full-stack applications.
  
• Take end-to-end ownership
  of complex technical requirements from design through production.
  
• Work hands-on across
  front-end, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
  
• Quickly understand
  existing applications and architecture with minimal ramp-up time.
  
• Analyze complex problems
  and propose creative, scalable, and practical technical solutions.
  
• Make sound technical and
  architectural decisions.
  
• Develop and integrate REST
  APIs and microservices.
  
• Troubleshoot complex
  application and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  
• Write clean, maintainable,
  reusable, and well-tested code.
  
• Participate in
  architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
  
• Collaborate closely with
  client stakeholders, architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
  
• Provide technical guidance
  to other developers when required.
  
• Demonstrate
  strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on
  Full Stack Engineering experience.
  
• Strong experience
  developing enterprise-grade applications.
  
• Strong hands-on experience
  with modern front-end technologies such as React/Angular and
  JavaScript/TypeScript.
  
• Strong backend development
  experience with Java/Spring Boot,.NET/.NET Core, Node.js, or
  equivalent enterprise technologies.
  
• Strong experience with REST
  APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
  
• Strong SQL and database
  experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  
• Experience with AWS,
  Azure, or GCP.
  
• Strong understanding of
  application architecture, design patterns, data structures, scalability,
  and performance.
  
• Experience with Git,
  CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
  
• Excellent debugging and
  root-cause-analysis capabilities.
  
• Strong problem-solving and
  analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication
  and client-facing skills.
  
• Ability to work
  independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Must be comfortable
  working onsite in New Jersey.
