Senior General Commercial RE Litigation Attorney

Boutique Commercial Real Estate Law Firm seeks a Senior general commercial and real estate litigation attorney with at least 10 years' experience. Responsibilities include practice management, real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement.

Responsibilities:
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals
• State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.
• Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.

Requirements:
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Experience in real estate litigation
• Management Experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• High level of independence and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Strong communication and written skills for client contact
• Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission a plus).
• Bankruptcy Experience is a plus
