Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role serves as a key business partner, supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines while helping drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and compensation recommendations.

• Provide guidance on employment law compliance, investigations, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters.

• Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance review, and talent management programs.

• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and company-wide employee communications.

• Support onboarding, orientation, employee engagement, and training and development initiatives.

• Maintain and optimize HR systems, reporting, and data integrity.

• Provide guidance related to employment-based immigration and international business activities.

• Support multiple facilities and collaborate on global and cross-functional HR projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.

• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
