We are a large, well established full mechanical contractor seeking the right individual to help us build a service department from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Build an HVAC Service Department


• Hire, train, and develop service technicians, dispatch, sales, estimators, and project managers


• Responsible for revenue and profit of department


• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with large commercial owners and general contractors


• Win large service contracts and exceed client expectations on deliverables for contracts

Requirements:

• 5+ years as service manager for medium or large mechanical contractor


• 15+ years of mechanical service division experience


• Prior technician/field experience


• Great driving revenue, sales, training, management, and profit/loss experience
