Senior Internal Auditor

FORTUNE 500 COMPANY

Audit Senior needed to join the team and be based in New York City.

-The Audit Senior plays a key role in helping the manager shape and focus the audit around the identified risks as well as executing the audit and assisting in delivering the final report to business partners and senior   management.

-Responsible for performing audits over the whole operations in North America including.

-The audits are operational, strategic and financial in nature. There are opportunities for this person to coordinate and assist in audits being executed simultaneously across the globe and may interact with team members throughout Europe, the US and  Asia Pacific.

-Participate in developing the audit plan and in assisting in developing various communications for use in reporting to local senior management, the Group Audit Executive Committee and to the local Audit Committees.

Bachelors Degree required.   5 or more years of audit or related experience required.   Life insurance experience preferred.   Experience in public accounting preferred.   Proven ability to interact with and influence senior management required.   Strong written and oral communication skills preferred.   Strong analytical skills required.   CIA, CPA, FLMI or CISA desired.   Ability to travel 15-25% is required.

$80K-95K Range + Bonus
