Senior Lead Technician

At Brothers Integrated Technologies (BIT), our crews install technology: Audio-Video, Security, Cameras,
Access Control, HVAC controls, Fire Alarm, Networking - Copper & Fiber! We perform installations inside
educational facilities, corporate settings and on new construction sites.

Skills required for position:
● Effectively lead a team on projects with different types of technology (small to large teams)
● Familiar with blueprints and able to perform accurate installation of wire and devices
● Able to read equipment lists and install correct equipment in designed locations
● 3-5 years experience in A/V, security, cameras, access control, fire alarm and/or network cabling
● 3-5 years experience with terminations, soldering and/or other connectors
● 3-5 years with rack building and proper cable management
● Willingness to lead and learn, be trained on new skills and obtain certifications

A large portion of our installation work is in the Ohio area, however we also do work in surrounding
states so there is travel required for this position. Crew members are provided with lodging and meals
per diem when traveling.

Relevant experience and certifications:
● Leadership role in a related or adjunct field
● Military
● (CTS) Certified Technology Specialist
● Ohio Fire Alarm & Equipment License
● Access Control Specialist
● BICSI

Our Schedule:
Our typical schedule is 40 hours per week Monday thru Thursday. When traveling our technicians
typically leave early Monday morning, stay over 3 nights and come home on Thursday evening. Often,
there are opportunities for Overtime as well. Our technicians love the 3 day weekend!

This position requires frequent traveling and overnight stays.

$25-$27/hr to start, depending on fit and experience.

Any existing certifications will be considered for your starting rate.

All Candidates will be subject to a pre employment drug screen and background check.
