Senior Lease Analyst

Purple Land Management (PLM) is one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in North Texas. PLM serves clients such as energy producers, midstream operators, state and local agencies, engineering firms and mobile service providers in lease negotiation and acquisition, right-of-way acquisition, title services and project management.  PLM has 11 office locations across the country, with the headquarters located in downtown Fort Worth.

This position has responsibility for the administration and maintenance of leases, wells, contracts, and supervision of lease analysts. 

• Minimum 4 year's of experience as a Land Tech, Lease Analyst, Division Order Analyst, or any combination thereof. 
• Should have experience with lease set up, implementation of tracking systems, training and supervising lease analysts.
• Successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, data-oriented, extremely well organized, and possess good client service skills.
