What You'll Do

• Develop and manage business lending relationships with new and existing members.


• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate professionals, accountants, attorneys, and community organizations.


• Structure commercial lending solutions that support member goals and business growth.


• Assist members with residential mortgage needs, including purchase, refinance, construction, and home equity lending.


• Present lending recommendations and collaborate with internal teams throughout the approval process.


• Represent 1st Community Credit Union at community and business events.

We Are Looking For

• 
  

  A minimum of 6 years of lending experience

  Strong business lending experience

  
  


• 
  

  Experience originating residential mortgage loans

  Proven ability to develop and maintain member relationships
