Make your mark in shaping the future of Lam, a market-leading semiconductor company during an unprecedented period of growth.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Process/Solution Architecture: Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes in ETO and CTO environments across Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens OpCenter, SAP ECC \u0026 S4, and downstream processes.\n * Solution Design: Lead the implementation of manufacturing solution with complex Variant Configuration (VC) models, Super BOMs, Super Routings, Bill of Process \u0026 Equipment, Electronic Work Instructions integrating with CAD, Order BOMs, Non-Standard Requests, Non-Standard Options, Master Production Schedule Management\n * Cross-Functional Integration: Seamlessly integrate manufacuturing process \u0026 solution with various workstreams such as PLM, order management, logistics, production planning etc., to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.\n * Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization, providing clarity on best practices and system capabilities.\n * Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, order management, and manufacturing teams including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to translate intricate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.\n * Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities\n * Provide post-go-live support and continuous optimization\n * Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative solutions\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management.\n * 8+ years of experience in leading and supporting end-to-end manufacturing processes and solutions in ETO and CTO environments\n * Experience working with Siemens Teamcenter, OpsCenter, SAP ECC \u0026 S4 solutions\n * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an intrinsic drive to resolve complex issues\n * Excellent communication skills, proven ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n\nSalary\n\nCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 - $287,000.00.\n\nThe above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
