s a Program Manager in the Strategic HR Programs and Projects team, you will partner with the HRLT locally and globally to evaluate the HR processes end to end , identify opportunities and develop and implement solutions .You will support large scale, global transformation projects related to revamping HR processes/ procedures to enhance employee experience and drive operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluating HR processes, requirement gathering, identifying the areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions including end to end project management
Apply analytical skills and critical thinking to recognize potential resolutions for identified improvement opportunities
Effectively communicate & engage global process owners & leaders to ensure integrated & consistent focus on solution design and delivery
Required Skills
MBA Degree preferable in HR specialization
8+ years of work experience in any HR Transformation Teams/ HR Consulting Teams
