This role serves as the central execution and enablement lead, ensuring GTM clarity, consistent readiness, and disciplined execution across sales, solutions, marketing, and operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead Cisco GTM strategy alignment between Cisco field teams and Insight sales and solution organizations\n * Translate Cisco priorities, programs, and motions into clear, Insight\u2011specific execution plans\n * Own Cisco enablement strategy, GTM readiness, and execution discipline across teams\n * Establish governance, operating cadence, and accountability to drive execution quality and reduce risk\n * Monitor GTM performance, identify gaps early, and partner with leadership to course\u2011correct\n * Act as the cross\u2011functional connector across Partner Management, Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and Operations\n * Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on enablement impact and execution outcomes\n\n\n\n \nWhat Success Looks Like\n\n * Clear, repeatable GTM execution that improves seller effectiveness and customer experience\n * Strong operational discipline, prioritization, and accountability\n * Effective cross\u2011functional influence without reliance on formal authority\n * Early identification and mitigation of execution risks\n * Scalable enablement and execution as the Cisco business grows\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree required; MBA preferred\n * 8+ years of experience in partner management, GTM strategy, enablement, or sales operations\n * 5+ years of people leadership experience\n * Experience operating in complex, matrixed technology ecosystems\n * Strong analytical, execution, and executive communication skills\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
