This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with 2 days per week in the office (RTP) and 3 days per week working remotely.

The Senior Manager, Plasma Pricing is responsible for developing and implementing the compensation strategy for U.S. plasma collection network. The role combines revenue management, pricing analysis, and product ownership and leads data-driven compensation recommendations for leadership. The position requires an in-depth understanding of market and donor dynamics and is accountable for tracking and communicating the overall impact of compensation optimization strategies.

• Lead the development and continuous enhancement of data-driven compensation models that support collections goals, engagement, and sustainable business performance.


• Develop and present data-driven pricing recommendations supported by donor-demand forecasts, financial models, scenario analyses, market conditions, center performance, and defined business requirements to optimize compensation strategies.


• Evaluate the financial and operational impact of proposed compensation changes and communicate key assumptions, risk, and expected outcomes to leadership


• Monitor pricing performance and optimize compensation structures using data-driven insights to improve donor engagement, plasma collections, cost efficiency, and overall business results.


• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Information Technology, and other stakeholders to coordinate and align on the implementation of approved strategies and monitor impact.


• Serve as the business owner for pricing tools, compensation models, and related systems by defining requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and monitoring performance and stability to meet business needs and improve efficiency.


• Collaborate with Data Science to apply advanced analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and performance measurement to pricing decisions.


• Develop and maintain frameworks and methodologies that promote consistent, transparent, and compliant pricing decisions.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

9+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, data science, forecasting, revenue management, or a related field with demonstrated impact.

KNOWLEDGE | SKILLS | ABILITIES

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to distill complex technical findings into clear business narratives. experience partnering across functions and managing complex projects; demonstrated ability to proactively identify new opportunities, design models, and deliver insights that drive measurable business improvements; proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, or comparable analytical tools; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; consulting experience in strategy and operations preferred; knowledge of the plasma industry or a related sector is advantageous. Expert proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
