Senior Manager, Product Management, Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWR&R) is seeking a Senior Manager with over 12 years of experience in product or program management, team management, and a bachelor's degree to lead a team of product managers. In this role, you will develop and execute a product vision aimed at minimizing waste and maximizing recovery from returned and damaged products, aligning with Amazon's commitment to sustainability and a circular economy. The role involves collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering teams, UX designers, operations partners, wholesale liquidators, and charity organizations, to deliver scalable solutions that address complex challenges. You will be responsible for defining multi -year product roadmaps, generating financial analyses, and working to eliminate product waste globally. Strong communication, leadership, and sustainability passion are essential for this position, and an MBA and experience with product cycles of 6+ months are preferred.
