Title: Senior Marketing Analyst
Duration: 3 Months (Contract to Hire)
Location: NYC

Job Description:

The Marketing Analyst Contractor is responsible for helping to manage the strategic planning and orchestration of email marketing campaigns needed to help achieve the necessary contractual traffic and quarterly revenue goals for all sold Medscape Education activities and outcomes studies that target both physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the Audience Engagement and Email Production teams to manage and coordinate all email tactics within marketing plans for sold Global and regionally-focused activities for Medscape Education
* Oversee overall activity performance and analyze email response rates on a daily/weekly basis (with particular focus at the end of each quarter) in order to quickly adjust marketing campaigns to meet aggressive revenue goals
* Analyze campaigns and recommend best practices, AB testing, new trends in email, etc.
* Assist with email campaign QA process
* Traffic email campaign requests and campaign assets to meet deadlines and notify appropriate parties as necessary
* Work closely with internal departments and external vendor in the creation and implementation of email campaigns

Required Skills:

* 2+ years of related work experience in the digital or email marketing space
* Must be proactive, responsible, accountable, detail-oriented and results-driven
* Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational, operational, analytical, presentation, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven success in working both independently as well as with cross-functional teams
* Proficient in understanding, representing, and communicating data-driven analysis to various departments and senior management
* Excellent organization and documentation skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Education: BA/BS degree is required

Desired (not required) Skills:

* Experience in Omniture a plus
* Familiar with project tracking and management; experience in WorkFront a plus
* Knowledge of the online media landscape is highly desirable (and as it relates to the Healthcare Industry is a plus)

Education/Certifications:

* Education: BA/BS degree is required
* Experience in Omniture a plus
* AtTask Workfront knowledge a plus
