Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to bring organization, creativity, and hands-on execution to our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will coordinate campaigns, manage agency partners, and work with leadership to strengthen our brand and support company growth.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple projects while actively contributing to content, digital marketing, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and approval process to keep projects moving.


• Coordinate marketing across social media, email, websites, digital advertising, and business development materials.


• Manage external agencies and creative vendors, including deliverables, budgets, and performance.


• Develop content, grow our social media presence, and support founder-led content on LinkedIn.


• Maintain consistent branding and coordinate leadership and compliance approvals.


• Organize trade show marketing, booth materials, promotional merchandise, and lead capture.


• Track campaign results and spending, and recommend improvements to increase marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role.


• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.


• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and external agencies or vendors.


• Working knowledge of social media, email marketing, websites, content development, and paid media.


• Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through.


• Ability to work independently and coordinate contributors to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or another regulated industry.


• Experience in a fast-growing company.


• Familiarity with marketing analytics, project management tools, and CRM systems.


• Ability to create content independently with limited reliance on agencies.
