Senior Marketing Strategist

Find your purpose as the Senior Marketing Strategist at CentraCare. As the Senior Marketing Strategist you will lead the development and execution of complex, high-impact marketing initiatives that support CentraCare's organizational priorities and growth objectives. Partners with organizational, operational and physician leaders to develop integrated marketing strategies and deliver marketing solutions that advance CentraCare's goals. Collaborates closely with Marketing, System Communications and Digital Experience & Content to ensure coordinated, effective marketing initiatives while serving as a mentor and resource to Marketing Strategists.

Schedule:

• Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p
• Hybrid of at-home and in-office work (location to be determined)

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $96,283.20 per year and increases with experience.
  • Salary range:  $96,283.20-$144,414.40 per year
    • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience leading complex strategic marketing initiatives.
• Must reside within driving distance of a CentraCare location. Travel throughout the CentraCare service area required.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred. 
• Experience leading complex, integrated marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders preferred. 
• Experience partnering with executive, operational and physician leaders preferred. 
• Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives preferred.
• Advanced strategic marketing planning and integrated campaign development 
• Advanced marketing judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving 
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills 
• Strategic application of consumer insights and market intelligence
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with a high degree of independence and sound professional judgment
• Ability to influence others through marketing expertise, professional credibility and the sharing of best practices
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills 
• Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills 
• Knowledge of integrated marketing strategies, brand management and marketing analytics

Core Functions:

• Leads complex, high-priority marketing initiatives that support organizational growth, strategic priorities and key business objectives. 
• Serves as a senior marketing resource for organizational, operational and physician leaders, providing advanced marketing expertise and strategic support. 
• Partners in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the CentraCare brand, support service lines and advance organizational priorities. 
• Leads the planning and execution of enterprise marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, services, markets and communication channels. 
• Applies advanced marketing knowledge, consumer insights and performance analytics to inform strategy, optimize marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth. 
• Collaborates with Marketing, System Communications and Digital Experience & Content to strengthen integrated marketing processes, workflows and best practices across the department. 
• Serves as a mentor and resource to Marketing Strategists, sharing expertise and supporting professional growth. 
• Participates in development of marketing standards, planning processes and best practices.  
• Represents Marketing on strategic initiatives, committees and cross-functional workgroups as assigned.
