Job Description - Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Senior Mechanical Project Manager position in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

Manage schedule, budget, change-orders

Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects

Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors

Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners

Requirements:

10+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience

Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) knowledge

Large project experience

Familiar with GA Plumbing/HVAC Building Codes

Stable work-history

Local in LA or can easily relocate

Strong references
