Senior .Net Developer

Our client has an immediate need for a Senior .Net superstar to support and direct application development objectives in a leadership capacity.

Position Description: Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide software development, guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, design patterns, and tools.
• Designs and develops highly complex technology solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications and unit of software solutions.
• Ensures compliance with technical standards and consistency with long term architecture plans.
• Develop new documentation, process flows, mock-ups, and interface and class model documents.
• Develop documentation standards, procedures and approval hierarchies.
• Provide technical leadership and decision support to less experienced staff.
• Provide quality/development leadership, coach and mentor team members.
• Coordinates and facilitates Agile team activities (Grooming, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Qualifications:
• 4 year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)
• 5+ years of direct experience with web based Microsoft software development.
• Experience in leading and managing quality deliverables for project(s).
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodology.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross function team.
• Ability to coach and train lower level Programmers.
• Strong experience with .NET development standards and patterns (OOP, N-Tier Architecture, Web Services, MVVM, MVC)
