Position: Senior Network Engineer-Daytona Beach, FL-#Arn210800

- 5+ years of experience with MS Windows Server (client is currently running Windows 2008)

- STRONG 'hands-on' experience working with VMWare Technologies (Certification strongly preferred)

- True expertise with Active Directory

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

- Ability to install, configure, and maintain voice systems, networks, and/or related hardware and software.

- Ability to analyze and assess network/voice architecture requirements and determine optimum, cost-effective solutions.

- Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.

- Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.

- Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops.

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise

- Strong oral and written communication, organization, problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to work without direct supervision
