Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Location: Rhodes College | Memphis, TN

Join our team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist supporting mail and package operations for a busy college campus. In this customer-facing role, you'll help students, faculty, and staff with mail and package services while ensuring efficient daily operations. • Receive, process, track, and distribute incoming mail and packages using package management software.


• Assist students, faculty, and staff with mail and package pickup.


• Process outgoing mail and apply postage using mailing equipment.


• Handle retail transactions for shipping supplies, postage, and related services.


• Research and resolve mail and package delivery issues.


• Operate and troubleshoot office equipment, scanners, postage meters, and package tracking devices.


• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and operational logs.


• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.


• Support shipping, receiving, and other site services as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.


• 1+ years of experience in mail services, shipping/receiving, customer service, office services, or a related environment.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other technology-based systems.


• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday.

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
