About the Role
A fast-growing technology company serving the construction and real estate industries is looking for a Senior Operations & Projects Manager to bring structure, accountability, and strong execution to a growing business. The company provides remote monitoring solutions for construction sites and real estate properties, combining technology with live monitoring to help clients protect their assets. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, tracking KPIs, and making sure projects and day-to-day operations stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems

• Build and improve operational systems across multiple departments


• Create KPIs, scorecards, and accountability metrics for teams


• Monitor performance, identify issues, and provide key insights to leadership


• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions

Project Management

• Manage projects from planning through execution


• Coordinate projects across internal teams and external partners


• Oversee multiple monitoring workflows, including automated and manual client-specific processes


• Keep stakeholders aligned, deadlines on track, and projects moving forward

Technology & Reporting

• Manage technology rollouts and beta testing of new monitoring software


• Evaluate new tools based on accuracy, effectiveness, and cost


• Provide leadership with clear reporting on operational performance and project status

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operations, project management, or a similar role


• Excellent organizational and execution skills


• Strong ability to build systems and improve processes


• Experience creating and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports


• Comfortable managing multiple complex projects at once


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly accountable


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environment


• Experience managing vendors is a plus


• Experience in technology, construction, real estate, or a related industry is a plus
