Senior Payment Solutions Administrator

 The Senior Payment Solutions Administrator serves as a key resource within the Payment Solutions team, ensuring efficient operations, service quality, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.  This position is responsible for the administration, support and oversight of the Bank's digital payment platforms, including Zelle, Bill Pay, internal and external transfers, and other payment solutions.  The role includes cross-training across Payment Solutions functions to provide operational support and backup coverage as needed.  The Senior Payment Solutions Administrator also participates in departmental projects, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives, while serving as a backup to the Payment Solutions Manager.
